This is the only scoop I've used other than the plastic feed scoop from tractor supply I modified with holes. It is so much better having the handle and the ability to dig without the scoop flexing. being able to take it apart for my trunk is a beautiful thing. Also, and not necessarily due to the scoop, but I found my first silver ring on the beach with this scoop

This is a dual review. Bought a new scoop and love it works well and light. It came with the travel handle now that I’ve seen and used the travel handle I wish I wouldn’t have got that handle. It flexes at the joint and clicks I’m sure it will break in the next few outings doesn’t seem to handle wet sand well. Talked to a few others who “had” that handle and they felt the same way and theirs broke. I should have stayed with the solid one piece pole

I have used this scoop and handle combo for several water hunts and this setup has been great! The quality of the scoop is so nice and the carbon fiber handle makes the whole thing very light! This was worth the money and I am very pleased with the purchase!

Words can't describe the quality of this scoop. Yes it's an expensive purchase but it's 110% worth it. One of those buy it once and it'll last a lifetime purchases.
