When an item ships from another warehouse
If something in your order is out of stock at the warehouse nearest you, we can still send it from another one. You'll see this at checkout before you pay:
- To the UK and Europe from our US warehouse: $9.99. 7–10 business days.
- To the US and Canada from our UK or EU warehouse: $14.99. 7–12 business days.
- To Australia and New Zealand from our UK warehouse: $19.99. 7–12 business days.

Processing
Orders placed on business days ship within 1 business day. If there's a problem with your order, we'll email you within one business day.
Please allow extra time for U.S. territories, P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped across borders may be subject to import duties, taxes and carrier fees in the destination country. These are charged by local customs and paid by the recipient. If an international shipment is refused or returned, any duties, taxes and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
