3-Year Warranty on CKG Scoops
All CKG metal detecting scoops are covered by a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.
1-Year Warranty on All Other CKG Products
All other CKG products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
What the Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, structural failures, and breakages that make the product non-functional under normal intended use.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage, scratches, or changes in appearance
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use
- Accidental or intentional damage
- Modifications or repairs made by third parties
- Damage resulting from using the product outside its intended purpose
Warranty Claims
If your product develops a defect covered by the warranty and the issue is reported within the applicable warranty period, CKG will review the claim and, if approved, replace the defective product or provide another appropriate solution.
Proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim.
