I used the stainless steel pro scoop for a couple of days now on our south shore sandy beaches and it performed well. Then I used it on a tough beach that is covered with rocks with a clay bottom. The scoop and travel shaft held up to the abuse I put it through. Great scoop for the price.

I've used this scoop a few times and really like it. I use the scoop with the carbon shaft, it's light and moves a lot of sand. Can't wait for the summer to use it in the water. Also, I want to mention how fast it arrived. Ordered on Friday and it was here on Monday!!
